The Grand Theatre Access Register scheme supports patrons with disabilities and additional access requirements, and provides concessions for those patrons and their partners/companions.

Joining the Access register is FREE and easy, just fill in the form below.

Alternatively you can request a paper copy of the application form from the Box Office or by writing to us at c/o Outreach Department, Wolverhampton Grand Theatre, Lichfield Street, Wolverhampton WV1 1DE. Once you’ve completed your application form please return it to us at the above address along with copies of your supporting documents. We are unable to return these to you so please do not post original documents.

Once joined, you can access your membership benefits when booking tickets online, in person or over the phone. To book online, you will need to provide us with an email address that isn’t already in use by another customer.

We aim to process applications within 14 working days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your membership and how to book tickets.
If you have tickets on reserve, they will be held until your membership is processed.

If you are completing the form as a BSL student, please attach proof of BSL study and make us aware of any access requirements you have.
