YOUTH MEMBERSHIPS
The Grand Theatre offers FREE youth memberships for those aged 8 – 25. Our FIRST CALL scheme is specifically designed for those aged 8 – 15 and our SIXTEEN25 scheme is designed for those aged 16 – 25. More information on the two schemes and the benefits included can be found below.

Terms and Conditions of Membership
Only those aged 8 -15 are eligible to become FIRST CALL members.
When signing up for a FIRST CALL membership, a Grand Theatre account must be set up in the name of the child (if one does not already exist) and not in the name of the adult. A date of birth must also be added to the members’ account. Our memberships are closely monitored, any persons not following this procedure will have their membership cancelled.
An email address unique to the FIRST CALL member must be used when signing up in order to process the membership.
After you have signed up to the scheme, your membership will be processed by our Outreach Team and you will receive a welcome email once this is complete.
When booking online for an offer applicable performance, please ensure the member is logged in to the website and select at least 2 standard tickets, the discount will then be applied on the following page.
FIRSTCALL membership discounts are available to FIRSTCALL members only and are not transferable. Our ticket scanning machines will recognise your membership/discount as you enter the auditorium and you may be asked to present photo ID to verify your name and age.
Wolverhampton Grand Theatre reserves the right to make alterations to membership content and pricing where necessary.

Sign up to SIXTEEN25 for FREE today to receive the following benefits:

Terms and Conditions of Membership
Please ensure that when signing up for a SIXTEEN25 membership, you do so in the name of the person aged 16-25 intending to use the membership. Our memberships are closely monitored, any persons not following this procedure will have their membership cancelled.
A date of birth must be added to the members’ application and we reserve the right to request proof of age when utilising discounted tickets.

Booking Tickets
When booking online for an offer applicable performance, please ensure the member is logged in to the website and select standard tickets, the discount will then be applied at the payment screen.
Standby tickets are not available for every show. Standby ticket availability is announced on the Grand Theatre’s Facebook page on the Wednesday before the show run starts and are available to purchase 1 hour before the performance at the Box Office counter.
If you really want to see a show and/or want to sit in a particular seat we always advise you to book your ticket as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
